Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM / PAM Lead Consultant to lead enterprise Identity and Access Management initiatives for large-scale client environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in IAM/PAM technologies, governance frameworks, and security best practices, along with proven leadership experience managing IAM transformation programs.

This role requires hands-on experience implementing and integrating modern IAM/PAM platforms while collaborating with business, security, and infrastructure teams. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English and capable of engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead IAM/PAM strategy, architecture, and implementation initiatives
• Manage multiple IAM workstreams and project deliverables across client engagements
• Design and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
• Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes
• Configure and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions
• Implement privileged access controls, password vaulting, and session monitoring
• Lead integration efforts across enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms
• Conduct identity risk assessments, security reviews, and compliance audits
• Develop mitigation strategies for identity-related vulnerabilities and risks
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Business teams
• Provide guidance on IAM/PAM best practices, governance standards, and regulatory compliance
• Support user training, documentation, and organizational change management activities
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership teams
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• 8+ years of experience leading IAM project delivery and managing multiple workstreams
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• CyberArk
• SailPoint
• Saviynt
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Strong understanding of:
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• MFA and SSO
• JML processes
• Privileged Access Management
• Compliance and security standards
• Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain complex IAM concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with cross-functional and executive leadership teams
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud security and hybrid identity environments
• Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience
• Relevant IAM/PAM certifications preferred
