Responsibilities

We are Hiring! We are looking for a Program Manager (ICAM/ IAM) to join our team. This qualified individual will be responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle management of complex technology infrastructure projects including server, storage, database, and network systems. The position involves oversight from planning through implementation, with emphasis on strategic alignment, technical leadership, and project execution in a government or high-security environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Lifecycle Management

• Leads full lifecycle from initiation to close-out: planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, delivery

• Establishes project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and resources.

• Manages priorities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strategic & Technical Leadership

• Heads solution teams with technical leadership and ongoing mentoring

• Coordinates development and execution of solution roadmaps aligned with organizational vision

• Guides technology research in alignment with organizational strategy.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicates effectively with senior government officials and cross-functional internal/external teams

• Balances strategic vision with execution detail, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience

• Experience in Information Technology as a Program Manager, Deputy PM, or Senior Project Manager

• PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification

• ITIL Foundation knowledge

• Strong technical understanding of Identity and Access Management/ ICAM

• AWS GovCloud environments experience

• Computer science and engineering technologies experience

• Experience in solution architecture and agile project management

• Must be a US Citizen

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities

• Skilled in engaging with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders

Target Salary Range

$135,000 – $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
