We are looking for a strong
Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity)
to support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives for Con Edison. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing SIEM/Splunk implementation projects in large enterprise environments and be comfortable coordinating across cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track enterprise Splunk SIEM implementation projects across multiple technical teams

• Coordinate project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery schedules

• Work closely with cybersecurity engineering, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams

• Support onboarding and integration of enterprise log sources including cloud platforms, network devices, operating systems, and security tools

• Track Splunk data ingestion, normalization, parsing, and detection use-case implementation

• Coordinate with vendors and external implementation partners

• Provide executive-level project reporting, milestone tracking, and status updates

• Manage multiple cybersecurity projects in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience in Cybersecurity or Enterprise Technology environments

• Strong experience managing Splunk Enterprise Security / SIEM implementations

• Good understanding of security monitoring, log management, threat detection, and incident response

• Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud

• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills

• Experience with Microsoft Project, project reporting, and tracking tools

• Ability to manage highly technical engineering-driven projects

Preferred:

• Utility or Energy sector experience is highly preferred
• • Experience with AI Triage agents and cloud observability is a plus
