Key Responsibilities Partner with engineering to embed security-by-design across the product lifecycle Lead threat modeling, incident response, and detection improvements Build and grow a high-performing security team with clear ownership Required Qualifications 6-10 years of experience in security, preferably in SaaS or product-led companies Background in hands-on roles such as Security Engineer or DevSecOps Engineer Strong experience in cloud security and CI/CD security Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments Hands-on experience with automation and scripting tools such as Python or Terraform
