About the Opportunity A rapidly scaling global healthcare and business services organization is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead enterprise technology strategy, AI innovation, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives across the company.

This executive leadership role is ideal for a highly strategic yet hands-on technology leader who can drive large-scale operational efficiency through AI, automation, systems integration, and scalable infrastructure. The organization is heavily focused on leveraging artificial intelligence and intelligent automation to improve operational workflows, client delivery, workforce scalability, reporting, and business intelligence across multiple business units and international operations.

The CTO will play a critical role in shaping the future technology roadmap of the organization while partnering directly with executive leadership to support continued rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Executive Leadership

• Develop and execute the organization’s long-term technology vision and roadmap

• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and modernization initiatives

• Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business growth objectives

• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI tools, and automation platforms that improve operational scalability and efficiency

• Serve as a strategic advisor on innovation, systems architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure planning

AI & Automation Initiatives

• Lead implementation of AI-driven operational tools and intelligent automation platforms

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for workflow optimization, reporting, customer support, recruiting operations, and business intelligence

• Oversee integration of machine learning, automation, and predictive analytics into core business operations

• Drive adoption of AI technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making across departments

• Establish governance, security, and compliance standards surrounding AI implementation

Infrastructure, Systems & Operations

• Oversee cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and IT operations

• Ensure high availability, scalability, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness

• Lead systems integration initiatives across CRM, ATS, payroll, compliance, reporting, and operational platforms

• Manage global technology operations supporting remote teams and international offices

• Improve internal systems architecture and operational workflows

Software Development & Engineering

• Lead software engineering, application development, and platform architecture initiatives

• Support development of proprietary systems, dashboards, automation tools, and workflow platforms

• Drive scalable technology solutions capable of supporting rapid organizational growth

• Collaborate with operational leaders to improve internal user experience and reporting capabilities

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Establish and maintain enterprise cybersecurity policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, data privacy, and security standards where applicable

• Oversee risk mitigation, security audits, incident response planning, and governance frameworks

• Maintain secure infrastructure supporting remote workforce operations and client systems

Leadership & Team Development

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technology and engineering teams

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Recruit and develop technical leadership talent across multiple disciplines

• Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, recruiting, compliance, and client leadersh
