About the Role The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (Deputy CISO) to take on a pivotal leadership role in the security operations of its Investments division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the protection of critical systems and data, while also fostering an environment that supports business innovation. This high-impact position involves serving as a trusted advisor, driving security strategy, and ensuring the organization remains resilient against evolving cyber threats.

Key responsibilities include leading security operations, driving strategy and execution, enabling the business, strengthening risk and compliance, advancing cyber defense, building and mentoring teams, and collaborating broadly to embed security into all initiatives. Applicants for the Deputy CISO role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years’ of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security operations, risk management, and enterprise security architecture. The role requires a leader with deep expertise in modern security environments, including cloud, networking, endpoint protection, and the Microsoft ecosystem. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards is essential, as is a proven ability to influence, lead, and communicate effectively across both technical and executive audiences.
